Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders for product that is in stock normally ships within 7-12 business days. During high peak season (September - December), orders can take up to 20 business days to ship. If you need your order delivered by a specific date in the US, please contact customer service at: customerservice@jbonamassa.com.

International Orders

***DUE TO COVID-19, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE LONGER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES***

Orders for product that is in stock normally ships within 7-12 business days. During high peak season (September - December), orders can take up to 20 business days to ship. International orders cannot deliver by a specific date unless if expedited freight is arranged by a customer service representative. International orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. The initial shipment will be transported by UPS but then handed off to your local post office to make the final delivery.  Oftentimes, UPS Mail Innovations can no longer update a tracking number once it has left the United States. Orders can take 4-6 weeks to deliver and the actual delivery date will vary depending on customs clearance for the respective country. Custom duties may apply, depending on the respective country's import policies.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, your credit card will be charged at the time of check-out. If a pre-order item(s) is purchased with additional items from the store that are not pre-order products, the entire order will be held until the ship date specified for the pre-order item(s). Please place a separate order for in stock item(s) you would like to ship separately. Orders with pre-order item(s) will NOT be split shipped.

 

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Simply include a small, detailed note in the package with directions for the return and/or exchange along with your order number and send it to:
